Guests appreciate the good value at The Bitterne Park, especially noting the generously sized, recently redecorated rooms with new bathroom fittings and very good showers. The rooms come equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, and some even include a microwave; however, bringing your own toiletries is recommended. The hotel is conveniently located within a 2-minute walk to a bus stop for the city center and near various nationalities' eating places, also the pub garden is fabulous.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

missing dispenser noisy pub
the room was recently updated and it looked clean.
There was no soap or shampoo dispenser in the shower. I had to hold the bottle from the sink. the pub below was noisy late into the evening since it was a friday and the windows were open. this disturbance kept me awake for a while
